Booking

Choose a service, location and time; check duration, price and contacts before submitting. A temporary hold lasts only as shown on screen. An appointment is created only after the server checks availability and rules. The specialist or salon shown on the booking page provides the service.

Messages and replies

Follow the exact TAIP / NE alias or code instructions in the confirmation SMS. The confirmation reply window is 2 hours. A recommendation offer is separate and has its own deadline. NE or no reply does not itself cancel the appointment or release its time: the specialist resolves the situation.

Moving or cancelling

Your management page shows self-service options and exact deadlines. Self-service closes at the deadline or when the confirmation stage begins; contact the specialist. The original time remains reserved until a move succeeds. Cancellation through a secure link is a separate action from replying NE by SMS.

Contacts and links

Secure appointment links are for you; do not share them. Contact the provider shown on the booking page about the service, absence, price or deadline. Contact info@agga.lt about AGGA or privacy. These rules do not create additional undisclosed fees.
